Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 11th December 2025

Booking & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment and written confirmation
• Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card via PayPal or Stripe
• Bank charges are borne by the customer

Payment Schedule

• 45+ days before arrival: 25% deposit, balance due 30 days prior
• Within 45 days: Full payment required

Cancellations & Refunds

• 30–45 days: 25% cancellation fee
• 14–29 days: 50% cancellation fee
• 8–13 days: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Peak season (20 Dec – 10 Jan): Non-refundable

Liability & Travel

Itineraries may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Force Majeure

Events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions) release us from liability.
